I’m a strength coach who works with people in transition. Those who feel like life is on pause and don’t yet know what comes next.
I didn’t arrive here through a straight path.
For years, I believed volleyball was the life I was meant to live. I trained 6+ years for it, identified with it, and planned my future around it until injuries and multiple surgeries took me off the court. What followed wasn’t just physical recovery. It was a loss of direction, identity, and certainty.
Rehab taught me something I didn’t understand at the time:
When something ends, you don’t need answers first. You need somewhere to stand.
Strength training became that ground for me. Not as a way back to my old life but as a way forward. Through consistent, patient work, I rebuilt my body. And in the process, I rebuilt belief in myself: the belief that life wasn’t over, that I could still try new things, and that there was more possible than I could see in that moment.
As I got stronger, I began to explore movement again. I started running, swimming, hybrid training to reconnect with my body and curiosity. That experience shaped how I coach today.
Fitness isn’t about choosing one identity or chasing one outcome. It’s about building a strong enough foundation to meet whatever life asks of you next.
RAW (Rise Any Way) isn’t a brand to me. It’s a belief.
That even after loss, injury, or change, you’re allowed to rebuild. That strength isn’t just about domination or aesthetics, but about having the capacity to continue.
Today, I coach through strength. I work with people who don’t just want workouts, but want to feel grounded again in their bodies, their choices, and their lives.
I’m certified as a fitness professional, but more importantly, I coach from lived experience, patience, and respect for the seasons people move through.
